The flue ducts on both sides and the sidewall bricks are made of refractory sintered bricks, while the front and rear walls of the boiler use general refractory bricks. The boiler grate is equipped with rational air distribution, a large combustion chamber, and strong adaptability to various coal types, including bituminous coal, anthracite, and blended coal, ensuring full combustion. Since high-temperature flue gas first enters the settling chamber and then proceeds to the flue ducts on both sides and the front smoke box, the boiler achieves effective smoke suppression and dust removal.
