Operating Instructions
1. Check the blades to ensure they are suitable for the type of pipe to be cut.
2. Repeatedly rotate the cutter's operating handle to raise the feed screw to an appropriate position for the pipe diameter.
3. Open the self-locking claw, open the lower support blade holder, and clamp the cutter onto the pipe. Lock the self-locking claw, then adjust the cutter's position relative to the pipe so that all four tips of the guide contact the pipe surface, ensuring the blades are perpendicular to the pipe.
4. Slowly rotate the operating handle to check if the cutting path forms a continuous circle (if not, reposition).
5. Swing the handle back and forth between 90° and 110° while continuously tightening it to feed the blade (the tighter, the better, as long as the cutter can rotate).
6. Continue swinging and feeding until the pipe is cut.
Note: Adding lubricant at the blade during cutting saves effort and extends the life of the blades and equipment.
Maintain continuous cutting motion without prolonged pauses, as heat generated during cutting may cause the blade to become stuck in the cut after cooling.
