Product Introduction

The intelligent steam distillation apparatus is suitable for extracting volatile plant active components that can be distilled with steam without being destroyed, are stable in water, and are poorly soluble or insoluble in water. Its operation involves introducing steam into the sample system, allowing the effective components to evaporate along with the steam, thereby achieving the purpose of separating and purifying the effective components. It is widely used in industries such as tobacco, food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals for the distillation of formaldehyde, volatile phenols, N-nitrosamines, sodium acetate, sodium propionate, calcium propionate, volatile basic nitrogen, and the distillation of sulfur dioxide residues.

Main Features

1. Anti-suction/Anti-bumping: Equipped with an anti-vacuum solenoid valve to prevent backflow; the heating system includes micro-boiling and full-boiling modes, allowing adjustment of heating power based on the boiling point or experimental state of different samples to prevent bumping.

2. Far-infrared ceramic heating: The heating module uses far-infrared ceramic heating furnaces, offering a wide adjustment range, high thermal radiation efficiency, fast distillation speed, and long service life.

3. Steam distillation and self-locking function: The steam distillation method allows selection of distillation speed based on the boiling point of different samples. The steam pipeline is connected with a three-way valve to prevent backflow.

4. Single-point single-control technology: Each distillation unit can be set with individual timing, controlled independently, and operated separately. The system automatically powers off and alarms when distillation is complete, ensuring convenient operation.
