Instrument Overview

The Dual-Zone Intelligent Digestion System is a heating device developed and produced in accordance with national standards for the rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr). It features a dual-zone temperature control system where each zone operates independently without interference, allowing simultaneous digestion for COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total chromium, and other parameters. Equipped with our proprietary intelligent water quality digestion system and independently developed smart PID precision algorithm, this instrument offers fast heating speed, accurate temperature control, uniform temperature distribution, minimal error, and simple operation, making it an ideal device for laboratory digestion and heating. It is widely used in water quality testing and research across various industries including environmental monitoring, scientific research institutions, wastewater engineering, petrochemicals, biomedicine, metallurgy and steel, food and dairy, aquaculture, wool textile printing and dyeing, leather and papermaking.
