Main Applications:
DOA is a typical cold-resistant plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene copolymers, polystyrene, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, and synthetic rubber. It offers high plasticizing efficiency, minimal discoloration under heat, and imparts excellent low-temperature flexibility and light resistance to products, along with good hand feel.
It is often used in combination with primary plasticizers such as DOP and DBP in applications like cold-resistant agricultural films, food packaging films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable coatings, artificial leather, sheets, and outdoor water pipes.
When used in plastisols, DOA provides low initial viscosity and good viscosity stability.
