Composition of thermal resistor: Consists of three parts: probe head (machined part) + junction box (finished part) + connecting sleeve (self-made part)

The internal mixer thermal resistor measures the surface temperature of the mixed rubber; a temperature gun also measures the surface temperature. The internal temperature of the mixed rubber is different from the surface temperature.

The kneader thermal resistor head, i.e., the internal mixer thermal resistor head, is a wear part, and the internal wire is relatively thin. In both automatic and manual modes, the temperature is involved in the entire mixing process, and the material is discharged when the temperature exceeds the alarm limit.

Function of thermal resistor: There is a thermocouple at the bottom of the mixing chamber to measure temperature, which participates in rubber mixing control and is displayed on the temperature gauge in the operation box for real-time monitoring of material temperature.
