This product is a one-component, neutral-curing, highly elastic non-silicone polymer adhesive sealant. It is non-corrosive, offers high bonding strength, resists ultraviolet rays, and provides long-lasting waterproof sealing. With reliable biocompatibility, it is non-toxic, non-teratogenic, and non-allergenic. It is an ideal sealing material that meets medical requirements, offering resistance to stretching, strong adhesion, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, and glycerol resistance.

Scope of Application:

Shapule Medical Device Sealant has excellent gap-filling properties and can be used on thermosetting and thermoplastic plastic substrates, non-polymer substrates, and other different base materials. It ensures uniform stress distribution at bonding points, forming a closed seal between two substrates to prevent leakage and microbial growth and corrosion.

1. Used for assembly sealing of medical equipment, medical devices, medical refrigeration equipment, and medical air conditioning systems.

2. Suitable for indoor and outdoor gap bonding and sealing in medical laboratories, hospital testing rooms, operating rooms, and sterile biological laboratories.
