Greenhouse Wet Pad Outward Opening Windows

Greenhouse outward opening windows are mainly installed on glass greenhouses, multi-span polycarbonate greenhouses, and multi-span film greenhouses. They are characterized by reliable operation and low cost.

Outward opening windows work in coordination with roof ventilation systems. Natural wind enters the greenhouse from the lower part, while high-temperature and high-humidity air is discharged through the roof openings, thereby better controlling the internal environment of the greenhouse, ensuring comfortable crop growth, and reducing pests and diseases.

       The outward opening windows are primarily operated by a rack mechanism. The main components include a drive motor, drive shaft, gear seat, rack, and window hinge support. They offer stable operation, simple maintenance, and low investment costs. The covering materials for outward opening windows include glass, polycarbonate panels, and film, which can be selected based on the main structure of the greenhouse. These windows also help maintain indoor temperature.

There are two installation methods for greenhouse outward opening windows:

1、If there is no wet pad obstruction indoors, the window motor can be installed inside. This helps extend the service life of the drive mechanism.

2、Installation outdoors involves setting pre-embedded columns at the required positions and mounting the motor and drive shaft on these columns. The advantage of outdoor installation is that it does not occupy indoor space, making efficient use of the greenhouse area. Users can choose the installation method according to their needs.
