Jinyu silicon carbide rods adopt internationally advanced production processes and technologies. The heating section and cold end are fused together using a special silicon carbide adhesive, with a secondary siliconization treatment applied to the welded area at high temperatures. This process solidifies the joint and significantly enhances welding strength, providing customers with a high-quality product free from concerns. Additionally, due to the heating section's resistance being much higher than that of the cold end, it offers an excellent hot-to-cold resistance ratio and features high efficiency and energy savings.
Under dry and clean air conditions, the rod body temperature of silicon carbide rods can reach 1600°C, though limitations exist in other gas environments.
Silicon carbide rods come in various types, including straight rods, U-type, thick-end type, gate-type, W-type, H-type, SGR-type (double-threaded), and custom shapes. The rod diameter ranges from 8MM to 60MM, with a maximum length of 4300MM. The SGR-type has a maximum diameter of 75MM and a maximum length of 1000MM.
