I. Mechanism of Action of Bleaching Agent

Bleaching Agent CZPC-01 stabilizes perhydroxyl ions, inhibits the formation of perhydroxyl free radicals, and is resistant to strong alkalis. It can replace sodium silicate and chelating agents. Bleaching Agent CZPC-01 is a novel, environmentally friendly oxygen bleaching stabilizer that is resistant to high temperatures and strong alkalis.

1. Improves the bleaching effect of waste paper.

2. Reduces scaling in the bleaching system.

3. Enhances pulp drainage and facilitates pulp washing.

4. Reduces blue tones in waste paper pulping.

5. Protects pulp fibers and prevents pulp yellowing.

6. Offers good cost-effectiveness compared to traditional stabilizers.

7. Uses food-grade chemical raw materials, harmless to the environment and human health.

IV. Applications of Bleaching Agent

This product is widely used in the bleaching processes of chemical pulp, mechanical pulp, deinked pulp, and fabric waste paper.

V. Addition Location and Dosage of Bleaching Agent

Add at a location where it can be uniformly mixed before the bleaching agent is introduced. The dosage is 3–6 kg per ton of pulp.

VI. Packaging of Bleaching Agent

This product is packaged in plastic drums, 200 kg or 1000 kg per drum. Customized packaging is available upon customer request.
