Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent CZQD-01

Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent CZQD-01 is a novel, environmentally friendly oxygen delignification stabilizer that is resistant to high temperatures and strong alkalis.

1. Mechanism of Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent

(1) Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent CZQD-01 can replace the role of sodium silicate as a stabilizer in the pulp oxygen delignification process.

(2) Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent CZQD-01 overcomes the drawbacks of sodium silicate, such as easy scaling, dark tone, and high COD oxygen consumption.

(3) Compared to sodium silicate, Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent CZQD-01 offers a better cost-performance ratio.

3. Features of Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent

(1) Improves bleaching effect and reduces blue tone.

(2) Reduces scaling in the bleaching system. 

(3) Enhances pulp drainage and facilitates pulp washing. 

(4) In waste paper pulping, reduces the total oxygen consumption of wastewater COD.

(5) Protects pulp fibers and prevents pulp yellowing.

(6) Uses food-grade chemical raw materials, harmless to the environment and human health.

4. Applications of Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent

Widely used in the bleaching processes of chemical pulp, mechanical pulp, deinked pulp, and textiles.

5. Addition Location and Dosage of Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent

Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent CZQD-01 should be added before the bleaching reagent at a location where it can be uniformly mixed. The dosage is 3–6 kg per ton of pulp.

6. Packaging of Sodium Silicate Replacement Agent

Packaged in plastic drums, 200 kg or 1000 kg per drum. Custom packaging is available upon customer request.
