Dryer Release Agent CZBL-01
Dryer Release Agent CZBL-01 is an emulsion of positively charged surfactants and hydrocarbon mixtures. Suitable for printing paper, writing paper, cardboard, and packaging paper.

2. Performance Characteristics of Dryer Release Agent
(1) Improves the release of paper from the dryer, reduces paper breakage, and prevents paper dust generation.
(2) Enhances paper sizing, improves wear resistance, and imparts antistatic properties to paper.
(3) Significantly increases the smoothness and glossiness of the paper surface.
(4) Cationic type with good fiber binding properties.
3. Usage Methods and Dosage of Dryer Release Agent
(1) Internal addition method: 0.10%～0.50% (relative to pulp). Dilute with water and continuously add to the high-level stock chest before dilution with white water or to the stock tank before the paper machine.
(2) Spray method: dosage 0.05%～0.20% (relative to pulp). Dilute CZBL-02 with water online and continuously spray onto the dryer surface or apply evenly to the dryer surface.
4. Packaging and Storage of Dryer Release Agent
Packaged in 200kg/1000kg plastic drums, sealed storage, shelf life of 6 months at room temperature.
