Working Process:

Core Working Principle: Place products on the conveyor belt, which then enter the bottle separation mechanism. After the bottles are separated, sensors detect the passing products and send signals back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system activates the corresponding motor to dispense and apply the label to the target area of the product, followed by label smoothing to complete the labeling process for one label.
Operational Process: Place products on the conveyor belt (can be connected to a production line) → Product conveyance → Product spacing → Product detection → Product positioning → Label application and smoothing → Collection of labeled products.
