Conventional plastic or concrete bases have a wide range of length, width, and height dimensions, such as 400×300×150mm, 460×330×180mm, etc. Smaller sizes are suitable for sidewalks, residential roads, and other areas with low traffic volume and relatively low protection requirements; larger sizes are mostly used on main roads, highways, and other locations where high stability of guardrails is required.

Compatible dimensions: Must perfectly match the guardrail posts. For example, when the post uses an 80×80mm square tube, the base’s reserved installation hole diameter and internal structure are designed according to the post size to ensure a tight fit, preventing shaking and displacement.
The weight of polymer composite bases generally ranges from 6 to 25 kg (customizable), with a compressive capacity of over 60 tons. Steel fiber material bases can withstand direct crushing by 5-ton vehicles, ensuring that the guardrail remains stable under various traffic conditions without tilting or collapsing, thereby strengthening the foundation of traffic safety.
Ease of installation: Some plastic bases do not require ground anchoring with spikes or expansion bolts; their own weight is sufficient to ensure stable installation of the guardrail. The installation process is simple and efficient, significantly saving labor and material costs while minimizing ground damage, making later adjustments and replacements easier.
Maintenance cost: Due to their excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, plastic and steel fiber material bases require no special maintenance such as rust removal or painting during their normal service life. When dirty, they can be cleaned with water and detergent, resulting in extremely low maintenance costs and ensuring long-term economic use.
