The function of solar panels is to convert solar light energy into electrical energy, which is then output as direct current and stored in batteries. Solar panels are one of the most critical components in a solar power generation system, and their conversion efficiency and service life are important factors determining whether the solar cells have practical value.

Product Description:
Our company's solar panels are designed in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC: 1215:1993 standard. They are constructed by connecting 36 or 72 monocrystalline/polycrystalline silicon solar cells in series to form various types of 12V and 24V modules. These modules can be used in various residential photovoltaic systems, standalone photovoltaic power stations, and grid-connected photovoltaic power plants.
Raw Material Characteristics:
Solar Cells: High-efficiency (over 17.5%) monocrystalline silicon solar cells are encapsulated to ensure sufficient power generation of the solar panels.  
Glass: Low-iron tempered textured glass (also known as white glass) with a thickness of 3.2mm is used. It has a light transmittance of over 91% within the wavelength range of the solar spectrum response (320-1100nm) and a high reflectivity for infrared light above 1200nm. This glass is also resistant to solar ultraviolet radiation without a decline in transmittance.
Solar Panel EVA: High-quality EVA film with a thickness of 0.78mm, containing UV inhibitors, antioxidants, and curing agents, is used as a sealant for solar cells and as an adhesive between the glass and TPT. It offers high light transmittance and anti-aging capabilities.
Solar Panel TPT: The back covering of the solar cell—a white fluoroplastic film—reflects sunlight, slightly improving the module's efficiency. Due to its high infrared emissivity, it also reduces the operating temperature of the module, further enhancing efficiency. Of course, this fluoroplastic film first meets the basic requirements for solar cell encapsulation materials, such as aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and air impermeability.
Frame: The aluminum alloy frame used offers high strength and strong resistance to mechanical impact.
