Chuanlin Chemical originated in Changzhou, Jiangsu, and established Changzhou Chuanlin Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2000, specializing in domestic and international trade of phosphorus series products. In 2006, Chuanlin Chemical established Anxian Chuanlin Chemical Co., Ltd. in Anxian, Sichuan, specializing in the production and R&D of phosphorus chemical products. The company's anhydrous potassium salt series products (potassium pyrophosphate, anhydrous dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, anhydrous tripotassium phosphate) have achieved excellent results in production technology and marketing, ranking among the top in the domestic industry.

Adhering to the development philosophy of "professionalism and focus," Chuanlin Chemical acquired Mianyang Taiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2013 as its new production zone. The new zone specializes in the in-depth development of phosphorus chemical products. To meet growing market demand, promote industrial upgrading and technological progress, seize the historical opportunity of the large-scale transfer of industries from the east, achieve product refinement and diversification, enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness, better serve the economic development of its hometown, and realize the company's entrepreneurial ideals and social value, the company invested 100 million yuan in the new zone to build an annual production project of 25,000 tons of fine phosphates. This includes one production line for 6,000 tons of phosphorus pentoxide per year, one for 2,000 tons of copper pyrophosphate per year, one for 2,000 tons of polyphosphoric acid per year, one for 5,000 tons of red phosphorus (including coated red phosphorus) per year, and one for 10,000 tons of high-tower phosphates per year. All products in this project generate no wastewater discharge, have good safety, and exhaust gases meet emission standards without polluting the environment.
