This process is the subsequent stage of the meat cutting line. After this process, the meat can be sold fresh or stored after quick freezing, depending on the specific process arrangement. The equipment is described in detail as follows:

1. The upper dirty box conveyor uses polyoxymethylene, plate-type crawler, with a bandwidth of 400mm. The main material is stainless steel square tube. The drive part consists of a 0.55KW worm gear motor reducer equipped with a photoelectric sensor to record the number of heavy box operations, and a heavy box guide protection device to control direction during the conveying process. The conveyor chain plate guide protection directly adheres, providing better protection for the conveyor belt and reducing wear.

2. The lower packaging conveyor also uses polyoxymethylene, plate-type crawler, with a bandwidth of 400mm. The main material is stainless steel square tube, and it also employs a worm gear motor reducer with a motor power of 0.55kw.

3. The weighing and cutting table measures 1200*800*800, with a stainless steel tabletop. The lower support is made of 38*38 square tubes, including workbench support and workbench fixing devices.
