1 Overview

Instrument Features:

a) This instrument applies specific low-frequency bidirectional asymmetric square wave pulse currents to the human body through skin electrodes or filiform needles for physical medical treatment;

b) Targeting different pathological characteristics of neuromuscular tissues, the instrument provides two treatment prescriptions: I and II. Due to the difference in current density between the two prescriptions, Prescription II has a stronger stimulating effect on the human body than Prescription I;

c) Since the instrument's output passes through a transformer, the DC component of the output is zero, resulting in minimal skin stimulation and no electrolytic effect during treatment;

d) The instrument has a total of 4 output channels, each with independently adjustable current intensity. Every two output channels share one set of treatment prescription and timing, facilitating treatment of both upper limbs and both lower limbs;

e) The output frequency of the instrument is continuously adjustable;

f) The treatment electrode pads are made of conductive rubber and come in square and round shapes. Dimensions are: 40mm×80mm and Φ40mm. Both are products with medical device registration certificates;

g) Under specified prescriptions, the instrument can perform electroacupuncture treatment.

This product can be used for the treatment of partial denervation and complete denervation.

3 Main Technical Specifications

3.1 Output Waveform

Pulse waveform is bidirectional asymmetric square wave (rectangular wave); modulation wave is square wave.

The parameters listed in sections 3.2 to 3.5 are valid for a load impedance range of: 100Ω～1.2kΩ.

3.2 Pulse Frequency

Gear I: Output pulse frequency is 500Hz, modulation wave frequency is 0.5Hz～5Hz.

Gear II: Output pulse frequency is 0.5Hz～5Hz.

Tolerance is ±15% of the highest frequency per gear.

3.3 Pulse Width and Modulation Wave Pulse Width

Gear I: Pulse width is 1ms, modulation wave width is 10ms.

Gear II: Pulse width is 10ms.

Tolerance ±30%.

3.4 Output Intensity

Each channel of the instrument outputs independently. At a load impedance of 1KΩ, the peak output current Ip per channel is continuously adjustable from 0mA to 100mA. Maximum output value tolerance ±30%.

3.5 Filiform Needle

Gear I of the instrument can be connected to filiform needles. The pulse width output to the filiform needles should not exceed 1ms, tolerance ±30%. The DC component output to the filiform needles should be zero. When connected to a rated load impedance of 250Ω, the effective value of the maximum output amplitude to the filiform needles should not exceed 50mA.

3.6 Timing Duration

Timing settings are divided into six gears: 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min. Allowable deviation ±10%.

3.7 Continuous Operating Time

The instrument's continuous operating time is not less than 4 hours.
