A grand gathering of the world's top forklift experts—the 2024 "Linde Cup" Global Forklift Skills Competition Finals—concluded magnificently in Aschaffenburg, Germany. Upon entering Aschaffenburg, the entire city was filled with a vibrant competitive atmosphere. The venue was bustling with excitement as countless spectators poured into the arena to cheer for their favorite contestants. After fierce competition, the Belgian team defeated the strong Slovak team in the finals to claim the Forklift Team World Championship. Meanwhile, the highly anticipated Corporate Cup was ultimately won by Rostock Hanseatic Brewery.
Representing China was the team from Changchun FAW International Logistics Co., Ltd. This squad earned their place in the global finals by winning the Chinese leg of the "Linde Cup" Global Forklift Skills Competition in July with outstanding performance. On the competition field, facing formidable opponents from around the world, the Chinese team showed no fear. In the men's singles event, Chinese contestant Jiang Lu delivered a particularly remarkable performance. With exquisite operational skills and strong mental resilience, he stood out among 32 competitors, advancing to the next round as the only non-German contestant to qualify.
