By use, they are classified as inspection platforms, scribing platforms, measurement platforms, assembly platforms, grinding platforms, welding platforms, riveting platforms, base platforms, work platforms, and three-coordinate platforms, etc.
Material: The material is high-strength cast iron HT200-250, with a working surface hardness of HB160-210. After two treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C–700°C and natural aging for 2–3 years), the product's accuracy is stable, and its wear resistance is excellent.
Accuracy: Implemented according to the national standard metrological verification regulations, divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3. Surface quality of the flat plate/platform: Specifications: 200*200–4000*9000 mm (special specifications can be manufactured according to the buyer's drawings or agreed upon by both parties for production and processing). Inspection standard: Inspected using the coloring method. For grade 0 and grade 1 flat plates/platforms, there should be no fewer than 25 points per 25 mm square area. For grade 2 flat plates/platforms, there should be no fewer than 20 points per 25 mm square area.
