The Hebei Beizhong Automotive Center Test Iron Floor is strictly manufactured in accordance with the JB/T7974-99 standard. The products are made in ribbed plate and box-type structures. The working surfaces are available in rectangular, square, and circular shapes. The working surface of the automotive center test iron floor is processed using scraping techniques, allowing for the machining of V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped grooves, as well as round holes and elongated holes.
The automotive center test iron floor features stable structure, high precision, and wear resistance. The material used is HT200–250 cast iron, with a plate (table) hardness of HB160–210. The products are finished by scraping or grinding. They are widely used in machining, tool workshops, machine (inspection) repair workshops, metrology rooms, and for inspection, measurement, and grinding of high-precision machining. They can accurately measure and inspect the flatness, straightness, and angular tolerance of workpieces.
Application of the automotive center test iron floor: Composed of multiple cast iron plates combined, it is mainly used for various inspections, measurements, and marking of large workpieces. Due to varying application requirements, a single plate cannot meet the working demands. In such cases, several or even dozens of plates need to be spliced together to form a large combined platform for inspecting, marking, assembling, and welding large workpieces. Generally, combined plates are designed with interfaces for bolted connections and fixation.
The automotive center test iron floor is specifically designed for use as a base plate (platform) for large equipment. It features a stable structure, high precision, and wear resistance, enabling plate splicing from 3000mm to 6000mm. The products are finished by scraping or grinding.
Material: Cast iron HT200–300. The working surface hardness is HB170–240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C–700°C and natural aging for 2–3 years), the product's precision remains stable with excellent performance. Specifications: 100*100–3000*6000, customized according to the buyer's drawings.
Precision of the automotive center test iron floor: Complies with standard metrological verification regulations, with five accuracy grades: 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3. Grade 00 plates have no specified contact spot requirements. Grade 1 cast iron plates require no fewer than 20 contact spots in any 25×25mm area. Grade 2 welding plates require no fewer than 12 contact spots in any 25×25mm area.
