Beizhong manufacturer's heavy-duty cast iron platforms are manufactured according to the GB/T4986-85 standard. The products are made in ribbed plate and box-type structures, with rectangular working surfaces made of HT200 material. The working surface is processed using scraping technology and can be equipped with V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped grooves, as well as round holes and elongated holes. The platform is used as a flat reference tool for workpiece inspection or marking. During installation, the platform should be leveled, and the load should be evenly distributed across all support points. It should be used in an environment with a temperature of (20±5°C) and vibrations should be avoided. Heavy-duty cast iron platform applications: Used for mechanical and engine power testing, equipment debugging, offering excellent flatness stability and toughness. The surface features T-slots for securing experimental equipment. Thickened cast iron platform material: High-strength cast iron HT200-300 with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product ensures stable accuracy and good wear resistance.

Thickened cast iron platforms comply with the national standard metrological verification regulations, categorized into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3. Beizhong manufacturer can produce single castings weighing up to 100 tons and process cast iron platforms as large as 4000*10000mm.
