U-shaped groove cast iron platforms can be used as measurement benchmarks for inspecting geometric tolerances such as flatness, parallelism, and straightness of mechanical parts. They are also suitable for precision part marking, measurement, testing, riveting, welding, foundations, workbenches, and other applications, particularly in shipyards. Material of U-shaped groove cast iron platforms: high-strength cast iron HT200-300, subjected to two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), ensuring stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance. Standard for U-shaped groove cast iron platforms: manufactured according to the national GB7947-1999 standard. Accuracy grades of U-shaped groove cast iron platforms: grades 0, 1, 2, 3, and fine planing. Cast iron platforms are constructed in ribbed plate or box-style designs, with work surfaces available in rectangular, square, or circular shapes. The work surface is finished using scraping technology and can be machined with V-grooves, T-grooves, U-grooves, round holes, elongated holes, etc.
