YY/T 0148 Constant Temperature Adhesion Tester

Purpose: The test plate with the sample attached is vertically suspended on the test frame, with a specified weight hung at the bottom. The displacement of the sample after a certain period of suspension at a specific temperature, or the time taken for the sample to completely detach, is used to characterize the adhesive tape's resistance to pull-off. This equipment uses a microcontroller for timing, with an LCD display showing the test time. It is suitable for adhesion testing of products such as pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
