ST-1519 Portable Oil Contamination Detector

Product Introduction:

    ST-1519 Portable Oil Contamination Detector complies with DL/T432 and is used to measure the particulate contamination level of oils such as fire-resistant fluids, turbine oils, transformer oils, and other auxiliary machine oils. It is particularly suitable for oil samples with severe emulsification or high viscosity. The testing method involves vacuum filtration of the oil sample, evenly distributing the particles in the sample onto a microporous filter membrane. Under transmitted light microscopy, the sample is compared with oil contamination classification standard templates (NAS1638, ISO 4406) to determine the particulate contamination level. The ST-1519 Portable Oil Contamination Detector is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, universities, and research institutions.

Testing Procedure:

Assemble the suction filtration device, connect the vacuum suction filter pump, pour 25ml of oil sample into the suction funnel (add solvent for samples with high viscosity during filtration), turn on the suction pump, rinse the suction funnel with relevant solvent after filtration, allow the filter membrane to dry, remove the membrane, and observe the particles under a microscope to compare with the standard template and determine the contamination level.
