    ST-1521 Fully Automatic Open Cup Flash and Fire Point Tester is controlled by a microcomputer and embedded with a mini operating system. The entire experimental operation process is automated, achieving full automation of the working process (capable of detecting the flash point and fire point of oil products). It features high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, stable and reliable performance, and simple operation. The instrument is manufactured in accordance with the standard methods of GB/T3536, GB/T267, and ASTM D92, representing a new generation of petroleum product open cup flash and fire point testers. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, commodity inspection, universities, research institutions, and other sectors.

Operating Steps:

1. Connect power, turn on the instrument, and perform self-test

2. Add approximately 60ml of sample into the sample cup

3. Set the expected flash point value and click "Start Test"

4. The instrument automatically heats up and tests, automatically displays the flash point value, and automatically prints the test data.
