ST-1543 Liquid Phase Rust Tester

Product Introduction:

     The ST-1543 Liquid Phase Rust Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T11143-2008 and ASTM D665 standards. It is used to determine the corrosiveness of lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, turbine oils, and other oils containing water on metals, as well as to evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of additives. The instrument features high-precision constant temperature control and convenient experimental operation. It mixes 300mL of the sample with 30mL of distilled water or synthetic seawater, fully immerses a cylindrical test steel rod, and stirs at 60°C. The typical test cycle is 24 hours, but it can also be adjusted according to the requirements of both parties in a contract. After the test cycle, the rust traces and degree of corrosion on the test steel rod are observed. It is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, universities, and research institutions.
