Operating principle

The HS800 disc grinder grinds samples through the pressure and friction generated between a rotating disc and a fixed disc. The sample enters the grinding chamber, is pre-crushed in the central part of the disc, and then moves to the outer edge of the disc due to centrifugal force, where it is further finely crushed. The ground sample falls through the gap between the grinding discs into the sample collection container.
