The material is generally stainless steel like 1Cr18Ni9Ti, which features high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and rigidity. The thickness of the fluidization plate is approximately 3mm, with elongated slits arranged in a cross pattern on its circular surface. The slits are perpendicular to the central cross lines, with a gap of about 0.5mm, a length of approximately 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, which helps concentrate compressed air in the center of the fluidization injection device, enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of the pulverized coal.
