Overview

1. The KODIN-H600 is a portable black-and-white transmission densitometer equipped with an imported photoelectric sensor. This densitometer features a high-capacity Li-ion battery. A single full charge allows for continuous operation for over 4 hours with the viewing area light on, and over 24 hours with the viewing area light off. Developed by KODIN through extensive testing, this densitometer is a high-precision instrument. It is characterized by its compact size, lightweight design, simple operation, portability, high measurement accuracy, and excellent long-term stability.

2. Equipped with a photoelectric detection sensor, it can measure both density values and density differences. It uses an AC modulated light source with synchronous reception. The densitometer employs a highly stable light source, a special optical head structure, and high-precision detection circuitry, significantly enhancing its resistance to optical and electrical interference as well as temperature stability. Special fitting techniques improve measurement accuracy. The newly added LED viewing platform allows users to accurately locate calibration and measurement points. Additionally, the metal casing effectively shields against external electromagnetic interference, ensuring instrument stability.

3. The instrument undergoes strict debugging and inspection before leaving the factory. After powering on, users only need to press the zero calibration button to begin formal measurements. The included standard density film allows users to perform comparative verification independently. With the calibration software ("KODIN-H600A Series Densitometer Calibration Software"), users can calibrate the instrument themselves.

4. It can measure transmission densities up to 4.5D, with reference value for densities exceeding 4.5D. It is an ideal instrument for quality analysis of X-ray films in pressure vessels, shipbuilding, chemical industry, bridges, hospitals, and other fields.

5. Steps for measuring density difference: After zero calibration, directly measure the reference sample. Once the reading stabilizes, release the measurement arm, then press the zero calibration button until "0.00" is displayed. Place the sample to be compared in the measurement area, press the measurement arm, and the displayed value is the density difference between the two samples.

6. Includes calibration software, allowing users to calibrate the densitometer conveniently at any time.
