I. Overview

The FTJX-3 Intelligent Catenary Inspection Equipment is a multifunctional, versatile, and integrated product newly developed by the company for measuring various geometric parameters of high-speed railway catenary systems. Unlike conventional measuring instruments, this device features a user-friendly design that allows it to be pushed along the track and perform automatic wire alignment, effectively reducing labor intensity for operators while improving measurement stability and work efficiency. Additionally, it addresses issues such as occupancy of railway sections by large catenary inspection vehicles and disruptions to railway scheduling operations.

II. Main Functions

1. Used for continuous non-contact measurement of catenary parameters on high-speed railways. The device can be pushed along the track to measure geometric parameters such as stagger, contact wire height, lateral clearance, and crossing point center.

2. Automatic wire alignment: Through high-definition imported cameras imaging on a tablet, users do not need to manually aim the device at the contact wire. By simply clicking on the contact wire in the tablet's image, the device automatically aligns and completes the measurement. This function enhances measurement efficiency and accuracy while minimizing human error.

3. Seamless measurement and comprehensive data recording: The system can continuously record inspection mileage and path trajectories while simultaneously measuring parameters such as wire height, stagger, and span length. It also features photo and video capabilities to record the working condition of catenary suspension equipment in high definition. Through image analysis, it enables automatic identification of catenary suspension defects (extended function). The data analysis and processing component is compatible with the Ministry of Railways' currently promoted "Railway Traction Power Supply Operation Management Information System" and can achieve seamless database integration (extended function).

4. User-friendly interface and easy operation: Equipped with a military-grade rugged tablet running the Windows operating system and a Chinese interface, the system employs fully digital measurement. It includes a 64GB solid-state drive for enhanced stability and reliability, improving measurement accuracy. Powered by a lithium polymer battery, it supports continuous operation for over 10 hours.

5. Compact and portable design: The entire device features a Chinese interface for ease of use. The measurement frame is made of integrated aerospace aluminum, making it lightweight. The pushing device, including the handle, has foldable fixed ends for convenient on and off-track operation.
