I. Product Introduction

Structural Composition: The FTJS-1000 crystal silicon hydrostatic level consists of components such as a liquid reservoir, high-precision sensor, processing module, and protective cover. It is suitable for various settlement monitoring applications including subways, tunnels, bridges, buildings, dams, urban pipelines, foundation pits, and road surfaces.

The FTJS-1000 crystal silicon hydrostatic level is a differential pressure sensor that calculates settlement by measuring changes in pressure values between monitoring points. With its compact size and large measurement range, the hydrostatic level can be installed along ground contours without requiring leveling within its range. Its fully sealed structure allows for underground burial, facilitating road traffic.

II. Equipment Principle

The FTJS-1000 crystal silicon hydrostatic level is connected via a transparent PU tube, ultimately linked to a liquid reservoir. Compared to the tube's capacity, the reservoir has a sufficiently large volume to effectively minimize the impact of minor changes due to temperature variations in the pipeline capacity.

Once the elevation of any sensor is determined or measured by other means, that point can serve as a reference. Alternatively, when the reservoir is considered the reference point, relative settlement (or uplift) at that point can be directly obtained through pressure changes detected by the pressure sensor.

To eliminate the influence of atmospheric pressure, all sensors share a common vent tube that connects to the reservoir, forming a closed air pressure self-balancing system.
