FTLF-5 Intelligent Digital Crack Monitoring Sensor

The intelligent digital crack monitoring sensor is used for long-term fixed-point monitoring and recording of critical crack changes in high-altitude and hard-to-reach structural locations. This monitoring device autonomously and continuously measures and records the crack's variation process over time, as well as changes in external ambient temperature, thereby clearly reflecting the crack's development trend. It is suitable for both long-term monitoring and short-term inspection.

Mounting Method: Expansion bolt fixation

Installation Method: First, use a drilling template to create six expansion bolt fixing holes at the corresponding positions on the bridge. Then, secure the sensor and crack probe baffle to the bridge at the appropriate locations using expansion bolts.

Debugging Method: After installation, first connect the handheld computer for debugging. Once the handheld computer is powered on, select the debugging function, enter the sensor's physical address, and check the data on the handheld computer. At this point, manually move the sensor's probe to see if the data on the handheld computer changes. If the data is normal, disconnect the handheld computer, and the sensor debugging is complete. If the data is abnormal, check whether the data cable is connected correctly. If the data cable is connected correctly and the data remains abnormal, remove the sensor and return it to the factory for maintenance and inspection.
