Currently available on the market, the DC ion bar is suitable for machine manufacturers.
Built-in 7.5KV high-voltage power supply, 24V DC input, compact design 32.5X20, strong static elimination capability, intelligent, long lifespan, washable, with on-site or remote monitoring.

Built-in 7.5KV high-voltage power supply, only requires 24V DC input. No need for external high-voltage power supply—no need to worry about supply voltage or frequency.
Low-voltage 24V power cable does not require traditional high-voltage cables. Standard M8 4-pin connector for quick, safe, and simple connection to the ion bar.

Pure tungsten emission needles, long lifespan, resistance-coupled without electrodes, capable of eliminating tens of thousands of volts of static electricity within 0.2S, meeting the static elimination needs of high-performance equipment.
LED display shows working status: Green light = OK, Red light = Fault, Alternating red/green light flashing = Needs cleaning.
Equipped with under-voltage, overload, and reverse polarity protection for safety and peace of mind. Cleanliness level ISO Class 4.
