Industrial oil with a uniform texture must be applied to the corners of the mold. This step is necessary for both steel and plastic molds, and it is unavoidable whether for cast-in-place or pre-cast applications. After oiling, the mold proceeds to the grouting process. The entire mold has a relatively small volume, so concrete mixer trucks indirectly complete the grouting via pipelines. During the grouting process of cement wave-dissipating block molds, attention must be paid to the mold's own posture. If any tilting is detected, it must be adjusted immediately.
