Pigment Yellow 191, this variety has a shade similar to C.I. Pigment Yellow 83, with lower tinting strength but excellent heat resistance. In high-density polyethylene (HDPE, 1/3 standard depth), it withstands heat up to 300°C without dimensional deformation and has good light fastness (grade 7-8). It exhibits excellent migration resistance in plasticized PVC and can endure temperatures up to 330°C in polycarbonate, along with resistance to organic solvents.

1: Used in plastics requiring high-temperature processing, such as HDPE, PP, ABS mn, engineering plastics, etc. In PC processing, it achieves thermal stability up to 330°C.

2: Excellent migration resistance in soft (plasticized) PVC, even at low concentrations (0.005%) where PY-81/83 may migrate, it does not migrate.

3: At low concentrations, it maintains a certain level of heat resistance, light fastness, and migration resistance, suitable for微量調(diào)色 without causing shade deviation.

4: An environmentally friendly pigment free of harmful heavy metals (hexavalent chromium, barium), can replace chrome yellows, especially in coatings requiring light and heat resistance, such as road paints and metal baking finishes.

5: An environmentally friendly pigment free of restricted azo (TCB, DCB, OD) raw materials, replacing general azo pigments like PY12/13/14/81/83.

6: Superior cost-performance ratio, can replace high-end high molecular weight yellows, benzimidazolone yellows, isoindolinone yellows, nickel azo yellows, etc., to reduce costs.
