Low Optical Power Meter (PC)

Measures and displays the optical power of incoming light to test network performance.

Light Source (LS)

Outputs stable continuous/modulated light for accurate end-to-end attenuation measurement when paired with an optical power meter.

Visible Light Source (VLS)

Outputs red light to check continuity of connected fibers or short fiber links. Allows visual identification of fiber breaks and bends.
(Requires /VLS option.)

Data Processing Functions

Direct Data Save

Simply tap the "Direct Save" icon to save measurement data in SOR or PDF format based on the user’s previous selection.

PDF Reports

Built-in post-processing software for generating OTDR reports in PDF format. The report template structure is flexible to meet user reporting requirements.

Data Transfer

Via USB connection, data files or PDF report files stored in the AQ1000 can be easily transferred to a computer.

Wireless LAN

The AQ1000 supports data transfer and remote control with LAN-compatible devices.
