The Druck DPI 620 Genii system, an advanced modular calibrator and HART/Fieldbus communicator, achieves complex functions that previously required multiple instruments using just four system components. These components include:

The DPI 620 Genii (P/N DPI620G) is a highly integrated electrical signal, frequency, and temperature calibrator and HART handheld. It provides simultaneous measurement and simulation capabilities for configuring, testing, and calibrating most process instruments including transmitters, sensors, pointer gauges/indicators, switches, counters, RTDs, thermocouples, and valve positioners.

- Smartphone technology-inspired touchscreen operation and a new user interface design make operation simpler
- A newly designed digital platform and modem for better support of HART and FieldBus applications
- A newly designed operator panel allows quick configuration of the instrument as a calibrator, multimeter, or HART handheld, and can be configured for new applications such as a monitor for real-time signal diagnostics
- The TASK menu allows one-click configuration for common instrument testing tasks like pressure and temperature transmitters, sensors, switches, and valves. Additionally, user-defined tasks can be added to the task library.
- Components of the new Genii system are compatible with all previous versions of the DPI 620, such as pressure bases, pressure modules, and all accessories.

Calibrator
- One-click selection of common tasks, such as pressure-to-current testing for pressure transmitters
- High-precision measurement and output of electrical signals/frequency/temperature and pressure
- Simultaneously simulate device input and measure its output signal (up to six channels)
- Calculate error based on input and output values
- The pressure generation system can produce 10MPa gas pressure and 100MPa hydraulic pressure
- Range can be switched by changing pressure modules, covering from 2.5kPa to 100MPa
Multimeter
- Easy-to-use multimeter functionality
- Measurement of various signals, loop power supply check, continuity test, etc.


Monitor
- Real-time graphical analysis of pressure and electrical signal values

HART Handheld
