SEM1605TC is Status Instruments' new generation DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter. Designed to accept common thermocouple sensor temperature inputs and provide users with a standard two-wire (4 to 20) mA output signal.

Current isolation is provided between input and output, with all temperature ranges being linear with temperature.

Our new USB interface is designed for ease of use, enabling quick and easy configuration. Simply connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1605TC and a PC. Our free configuration software will guide you through any changes you wish to make. To further help save time, the SEM1605TC does not require a power connection during configuration; it is powered through the PC's USB interface.

Active Ranging

SEM1605TC offers user button ranging options, allowing real-time value adjustments at 4 mA and 20 mA.

If not required, the "User Trim" function can be locked during configuration. Status LED indicates out-of-range inputs during normal operation, and during "User Trim," it is also used to indicate the adjustment phase.

4 and 20mA TRIM

These buttons can also be used for 4 mA and 20 mA current trim adjustments to add small offsets to the (4 or 20) mA output.

Sensor Referencing

SEM1605TC sensors are referenced via Windows-based USBSpeedlink software, allowing close matching with known reference sensors and eliminating potential sensor errors.

Sensor Burnout Detection

If the sensor leads break or become disconnected, the SEM1605TC output will automatically go to a user-defined level (upper or lower limit) or a preset value.
