After obtaining approval from the township government and filing with the county-level relevant departments, cattle sheds can be constructed.

To build a cattle farm on one's own cultivated land in rural areas, the required procedures include:

Do not proceed with construction blindly, as the enforcement against illegal construction and demolition is currently very strict in the country. When choosing a location, be sure to consider future expansion needs as the number of cattle increases.

After the cattle farm is built, apply for the Animal Epidemic Prevention Conditions Certificate locally. The scope of the certificate should ideally include: sheep farming, cattle farming, transportation, breeding, sales, etc.

Once the Animal Epidemic Prevention Conditions Certificate is approved, proceed to apply for a business license locally.
