The opening and closing component of the J41H and J41Y national standard carbon steel, cast steel, and stainless steel globe valves is a cylindrical valve disc, with sealing surfaces that are flat or conical. The valve disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid. National standard globe valves are only suitable for fully open and fully closed positions and are generally not used to regulate flow; custom orders may allow for regulation and throttling. They are used in pipelines for the petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, and power industries with nominal pressures of 1.6MPa-16.0MPa and working temperatures from -29°C to 550°C, to cut off or connect pipeline media. Drive methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, and pneumatic.
Structural Features:
1. Simple structure, relatively convenient to manufacture and maintain.
2. Small working stroke, short opening and closing time.
3. Good sealing performance, low friction between sealing surfaces, long service life.
