1: Customer: Our company needs to customize notepads. Can you print our company logo on the cover? 

Zhengze: Our factory accepts any customization, whether it's printing a logo on the cover or adding the company's introduction on the inner pages. 

 

2: Customer: If we customize notepads, do you have any quantity requirements? What is the minimum order quantity? 

    Zhengze: We are a professional manufacturer of custom business notebooks, but there is a minimum order quantity of 100 books. 

 

3: Customer: There are many manufacturers offering custom notebooks online. What advantages do you have in terms of pricing? 

Zhengze: We are an established manufacturer with ten years of experience specializing in custom notebooks. Our business is primarily order-based, so our profit margins are very low. We operate on a high-volume, low-margin model. As a direct processing factory, we definitely have a relative advantage in pricing. However, we should not only focus on price; the craftsmanship and quality of the product are equally important. 

 

4: Customer: The prices online are lower than your quote? 

Zhengze: We calculate prices based on style, quantity, printing requirements, and other factors. The cost of customizing notepads mainly depends on the chosen materials, production process, size, order quantity, and inner page requirements. The prices online are for reference only; specific details need to be discussed with us. 

 

5: Customer: Do you have samples of the products listed online? Can you provide samples for free? If we need a sample with our company logo, is there a charge? How much? 

Zhengze: We can provide existing samples for free. Most of our products have ready samples; you only need to cover the shipping cost! 

    Regarding sampling, each sample requires a fee, ranging from 100 to 300 RMB (depending on the style and requirements). This fee will be refunded if the order exceeds 500 books. 

 

6: Customer: How long is the delivery time? 

  Zhengze: During the off-season, from the beginning of the year to September, the production time is usually one week, i.e., 7 days! From October to the end of the year, the delivery time is generally 10 to 12 days, depending on the factory's order situation. You can consult us in detail before placing an order. 

 

7: Customer: What are the payment methods? 

Zhengze: There are two payment methods: 1) Place an order through our Alibaba store and pay the full amount via Alipay, which ensures security for both parties; 2) Sign a contract before production, pay a 30% deposit, and after completing the bulk order, we will send you photos for confirmation. Once confirmed, you pay the remaining balance before we ship. 

 

8: Customer: Can we pay upon delivery? I’d like to see the bulk goods before paying. Is that possible? 

Zhengze: We do not support payment upon delivery. However, you can arrange for someone to inspect the goods at our factory. 

Alternatively, trading through Alibaba ensures security for both parties. 

 

9: Customer: How do you resolve quality issues with bulk orders? This is our biggest concern. 

Zhengze: If any issues arise with the bulk order, please contact us by phone immediately. We will verify which環(huán)節(jié) caused the problem based on your feedback. If it is our factory’s fault, we will propose a solution right away. If it is a quality issue, you can return the goods to us, and we will either rework or remake the batch.
