A 1000 nm bandpass filter is a precision optical component that allows only an extremely narrow band of light around ~1000 nm to pass through, while achieving deep blocking (OD4–OD6) on both sides of the spectrum. Typical specifications: center wavelength 1000 nm ±2 nm, full width at half maximum (FWHM) 10 nm (customizable from 30–120 nm), peak transmittance ≥90%, and transmittance in the blocking regions (200–950 nm and 1050–1700 nm) <0.01%.
