I. Instrument Overview:
The Xinnuo fully automatic tablet press is a new intelligent laboratory tablet press developed by our company based on existing manual and electric tablet presses, with the suggestions and support of university professors. Equipped with appropriate mold accessories, it meets users' requirements for powder sample compression molding. It is widely used in the analysis and research of new materials such as X-ray fluorescence, calcium-iron analysis, superconductors, building materials, powder ceramics, cement, etc. It serves as a replacement for existing manual and electric tablet presses and is highly favored by users.
Compared to traditional powder presses, the Xinnuo ZYP-TS series laboratory hydraulic press has undergone multiple improvements. It features an intelligent operation system with a large LCD screen, fully programmable control of processes such as pressure application/gradual pressure application - pressure holding - pressure compensation - pressure release, and includes cylinder limit protection to prevent machine failures caused by excessive cylinder elevation due to user error. Utilizing a microcomputer intelligent program, it automatically calculates the pressure borne by the mold sample, eliminating the need for manual calculations. The operation is more intelligent and user-friendly, saving time, effort, and worry, making it ideal for laboratory use.
