Structure
The high flame retardant dual-wall tubing for automotive wiring harnesses is composed of polyolefin and flame retardant hot melt adhesive. The outer layer is made of polyolefin insulating flame retardant material, while the inner hot melt adhesive provides mechanical strain buffering and strong sealing.
Application
This product is designed for automotive wiring harnesses. It improves flame retardant properties while meeting basic requirements of low temperature and high shrinkage ratio, overcoming environmental impacts that demand higher performance from wiring harnesses.
