The double sealing skirtboard consists of a vertical plate and side plates. The side plates and vertical plate are integrated to provide a double-layer sealing effect, ensuring excellent sealing performance. The height of the vertical plate can be adjusted according to the distance between the belt edge and the chute, maintaining an appropriate gap with the belt to avoid wear. The side plates are highly flexible, with a curved bottom surface that contacts the belt. When the belt deviates, it will not be cut and can automatically return to its original position. It comes with a matching clamping device, available in two types: butterfly nut locking and rotating handle locking, making installation and removal convenient and fast.

Anti-Spilling Skirtboard Shape

The polyurethane anti-spilling skirtboard is a strip-shaped, double-layered rubber sheet. The part in contact with the belt is subjected to significant friction over time, so we generally use polyurethane blocks for this section, as polyurethane offers extremely high wear resistance.

Anti-Spilling Skirtboard Installation

1. The angle aluminum (40mm×40mm) is formed in one pressing, made of full aluminum with an H-shaped appearance, rust-proof, and designed as a circular column locked securely in the clamp holder without falling off.

2. The clamp holder base is welded to the outer side of the chute. The slide extends into the base, allowing the clamp holder to move left and right appropriately along the base.

3. Manually rotate the tightening handle and push it up (or down) to the bottom as appropriate to apply sufficient pressure on the angle aluminum, maintaining the skirtboard position. The tightening handle will not loosen or fall off.

4. The clamp holder is hot-dip galvanized, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and rust-proof.

5. The fastening bolts are made of stainless steel 304, rust-proof, and suitable for use in dark, damp, or even briefly water-washed environments.

6. Except for the initial installation where the clamp holder base requires electric welding, all other steps and future skirtboard replacements require no tools, making installation and removal convenient and fast.
