OMAT Control ValveOverview

OMAT control valves adopt a double-guided structure and are equipped with multi-spring actuators. They offer advantages such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and installation. They are widely used for precise control of media such as gases, liquids, and steam, maintaining process parameters like pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at set values. They are particularly suitable for applications with large allowable pressure differences and higher permissible leakage rates in less clean media. This product series includes standard types, bellows seal types, jacketed insulation types, and more. The nominal pressure ratings include PN10, 16, 40, and 64; the valve body size range is DN20 to 800. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200°C to +560°C, with multiple grades within this range. Leakage standards are Class II or IV. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of models and specifications are available for selection.

OMAT top and bottom, double-guided double-seat control valves offer excellent stability during operation.
They feature two valve cores and seats, using a "four-way" valve body that can easily be converted from direct to reverse acting, changing from air-to-close to air-to-open.
The valve body is designed with an equal cross-section, low flow resistance channel based on fluid dynamics principles, resulting in a large rated flow coefficient.
Low unbalanced force allows for larger allowable pressure differences.
The actuator uses a multi-spring structure, reducing height by 30% and weight by 30%.
Wide adjustable range with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50%.
The bellows seal type control valve provides complete sealing for the moving valve stem.
The control valve comes with an insulation jacket for applications where fluid crystallization or solidification after cooling may cause blockages.
