Performance and Advantages: This product is formulated by reacting stearyl amine with various surfactants and organic acids. It has a high effective activity of 55-65, good water solubility, and strongly alters the hydrophobicity of mineral surfaces in water, reducing surface potential energy. It exhibits good selectivity for metal ores, facilitating the attachment of mineral particles to air bubbles for flotation purposes. Additionally, it is non-corrosive and represents an advanced environmentally friendly product.

Product Application: This series of products is primarily targeted at zinc oxide ores, such as zinc vein ore, smithsonite, hydrozincite, willemite, potassium carbonate ore, limonite, magnesite, spodumene, ilmenite, and other oxidized minerals. It exhibits strong collecting ability and good selectivity, and also shows good results in the reverse flotation of oxidized iron ores such as limonite and hematite.

Usage Method: Add 100g to 500g of this product per ton of raw ore directly for flotation. Before use, dilute LF-1 with warm water at a 5:1 ratio, then add according to the conventional dosage of xanthate. Mix 1 part of this product with 0.2 parts of LF-4 type, then prepare into an aqueous solution for flotation to achieve high grade and high recovery with double the effect.

Precautions: This product has slight volatility. If small crystalline particles form, dissolve them in hot water without affecting quality. Due to variations in ore quality, gangue, and dissemination state across different mines, the effectiveness may vary. Please conduct multiple experiments based on actual conditions to determine the dosage and pH value.
