Product Overview

The ZDLP-16C electric single-seat control valve receives DC current signals from regulating instruments to adjust the flow of the medium, maintaining the controlled process parameter at the set value. It is widely used in production automation control across industries such as power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, light textile, pharmaceutical, and papermaking.

This product series has nominal diameters ranging from 20 to 200 mm, nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa; operating temperature range from -40°C to 450°C, and accepts signals of 0–10 mA.DC or 4–20 mA.DC. The electric single-seat control valve is suitable for applications with small differential pressure, high medium viscosity, or slight particulate impurities. The electric sleeve control valve is suitable for high differential pressure conditions. Based on the sealing material of the internal parts, there are two types: metal-to-metal and non-metal-to-metal seals, with the latter achieving leakage class VI (zero leakage) when closed. Depending on the packing, it can be divided into general packing seal and bellows seal types. The former is used for general applications, while the latter is used for critical applications where external leakage is not allowed. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. With different actuators, it can be classified into standard type and electronic type. A wide variety of models and specifications are available.
