1. Remote meter reading via NB-IoT network; simple network structure, no need for on-site debugging such as installing concentrators or repeaters; supports heterogeneous frequency networking. Recharge via the NB channel after going online, or use the Bluetooth channel with the APP for real-time recharge when near the meter.

2. Bluetooth channel: Enables on-site meter reading, valve control, fault analysis, and debugging; compensates for issues such as inability to recharge or open the valve due to NB channel failure.

3. Utilizes low-power NB-IoT data transmission modules with sleep technology to achieve low power consumption; battery-powered operation ensures a service life of up to 6 years.

4. No complex construction wiring required, minimal engineering workload, and low installation costs.

5. Power management: Features an 8-level battery level indicator; during NB module communication, the controller monitors the power status in real time. If the power capacity drops sharply, communication is suspended. The system evaluates power capacity daily thereafter and resumes communication when capacity permits.

6. Remote valve control (forced valve control): Maintenance personnel can use a mobile APP or platform to enforce remote or local valve control for specific meters. During forced control, no conditions will trigger valve action. Prepaid functions cannot close the valve during remote forced valve control.

7. Remote meter reading via the NB channel, with a default daily report; uploaded data includes remaining balance, cumulative usage, current cycle usage, valve status, battery status, internal meter time, and usage from the previous three cycles.

8. Employs industrial-grade NB-IoT modules and industrial-grade M2M IoT cards.
